Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of (a) USD $100 or (b) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Nevada.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may require you to re-accept. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
